Once the flooring had been fitted in, the flooring started to bulge up in different areas. we contacted JOHN from the flooring company on many occasions but he kept brushing us off with made up stories and never returned our calls and messages and never came back to sort out or even have a look at his poor job. The material is poor and so was his attitude afterwards.
